After-sales service content

1. Warranty period: One year from the date of installation acceptance of equipment, or two years from the date of departure of shipment;

2. The Seller guarantees the supply of spare parts for the equipment and shall supply such spare parts after the warranty period expires at the cost price;

Favorable terms

1. Provide goods inspection for China-aid foreign projects free of charge and provide third-party qualification declarations issued by third-party inspection departments.

2. Transport materials to domestic designated ports free of charge.

3. Provide 24-hour network, telephone pre-sales, sales and after-sale technical services.

4. Provide spare parts according to the number of LV distribution cabinets, with specific quantity and model being provided by our company based on the actual situation.

5. Provide a full range of technology and drawing refinement services.

6. Extend the warranty period of products provided by our company to two years at the request of Party A.

7. Provide non-fumigation plywood wood packaging that meets both import and export requirements free of charge.

8. Provide technical services and training for users free of charge;

Equipment repair and maintenance

Our company promises to perform equipment repair and maintenance in accordance with the following terms:

1. Warranty period: One year from the date of installation acceptance of equipment, or two years from the date of departure of shipment;

2. After-sales service within the warranty period:

(1) After receiving the failure notification, our company will respond within 2 hours and send technical personnel to the site within 4 hours (limited to Beijing area).

(2) Replacement of spare parts: For any damage arising from product quality issues, our company will repair and replace the damaged spare parts for free (limited to Beijing area); for any damage caused to spare parts due to other reasons, our company will replace the damaged spare parts according to the list and price list of the spare parts and components.

(3) Spare parts service: Our Company has sufficient spare parts and accessories to provide timely technical services and spare parts services.

Personnel training

Our company may provide technical training services including use, maintenance and management of equipment. 

Other services

Our company promises to perform other services in accordance with the following terms:

1. Conduct in-plant theoretical training and on-site (limited to Beijing area) operation training.

2. Conduct installation guidance (limited to Beijing area), carry out commissioning and cooperate with power transmission. After the normal operation of the equipment, our technical engineers will conduct inspections and maintenance on a regular basis.

3. Training content: Understand the common technical parameters and the product process structure of components and parts, master the operation method and factory inspection standards of equipment, the structure of inspection project, transportation of equipment, loading and unloading requirements and precautions, pay attention to the quality of equipment, requirements and key points of related projects, mechanical and electrical properties and test methods, and handling methods for common failures and emergencies. In case of a failure, our company will arrive at the site within 4 hours (limited to Beijing area) to provide service.

4. Our company pursues the principle of "customer first" and will provide you with the most comprehensive and quality services, including:
